يقرأ النظام أرصدة السيارة من حسابات الشركة ويحتفظ بها على الخادم فقط. يظهر للمندوب بطاقة لكل صنف، فيعدّ ويكتب الكمية، والخادم هو من يقرر إن كانت صحيحة.

The system reads the vehicle's balances from the company's accounts and keeps them on the server only. The rep sees a card per item, counts and types the quantity, and the server decides if it's right.

The colors need no explanation, the first entry always stays visible on the card, and the interface is built for phones (iPhone and Android) with instant search by name or number.
